FAST FOR REVIVAL

I wanted to invite you to co-labor for a move of God that I feel is really going to hit America soon. He has already been confirming this thru people’s hunger for Him here and for revival in the land. While I was in Africa, God spoke to me a lot thru John 4:23-24 and how we must worship God in spirit and in truth. He also spoke to me thru the book of Hosea and how when we aren’t fully worshipping Him with our whole heart, mind, body, soul, and spirit that we are committing spiritual adultery. When we run to other “lovers” first rather than running to God for satisfaction, we are cheating on our lover and He is so bummed because so wants to bless us but can’t when we are living in that state. Yet, He still longs for us, longs for us to return so He can freely give us all things. He already has given us the most precious thing to His heart, His very and only Son; just imagine what else He has in store for those who worship Him from a pure heart.

This is my cry and I am urging you to pray along side for American Christians to be true worshippers of God in spirit and in truth. That we would truly live up to our full potential in God (Ephesians 3:20). How many Americans call themselves Christians, yet very few are obedient even to 1 John 1:5-7 to be in fellowship with one another on a regular basis? Wouldn’t it be sweet to see churches overflowing with new converts because the church is finally being God’s bride in spirit and in truth, not just in mere pretense?

It all starts right here and first in our own lives. This season I encourage and challenge you to fast one day before Christmas day and pray for...

YOURSELF
-ask God to search your heart to see if there is anything impure, if there is anyone/anything other than Him that you are seeking satisfaction from, if there is anything that is blocking your relationship from Him and all the fullness He longs to give you
-repent and ask Him to truly help you live a life worthy of the one that He died for you to have
-ask Him to burden your heart for true repentance, revival, and true worship in the lives of the people in your circle of influence

YOUR FAMILY
-for any broken relationships in your family to be restored and healed
-for family members who confess to know Jesus but with through their lives they deny Him, for them to truly fall in love with Jesus and worship Him with their whole lives
-for your family members who don’t know Jesus to know His eternal and satisfying love.

May this holiday season be full of the joy of Jesus in your lives and in the lives of your loved ones,
